I like that I can change the font size and the speaking voice and volume, as well as the speed of the text. Having lost my voice, I needed a way to communicate with others that would be easy to use.
This app is worth a lot more than that, but they're giving it away! There are lots of voices to choose from, you can save your most commonly used words and phrases, and you can even increase the font size so it's easier to read. I tried multiple text-to-speech apps, and this one is the best by far.
